Answers to Your Construction Queries.

Installation typically takes 2-5 days depending on system size and complexity. A basic 3 kW residential system can often be completed in 2-3 days, while larger 10 kW+ installations may require 4-5 days

Borehole drilling and solar pump installation typically takes 5-10 days total:

  • Days 1-2: Site survey, geological assessment, mobilization of drilling equipment
  • Days 3-5: Drilling operations (varies with depth—shallow wells 50-80 meters take 1-2 days; deep boreholes 100-200+ meters take 3-5 days)
  • Day 6: Water quality testing, yield assessment
  • Days 7-8: Solar pump installation, panel mounting, system wiring
  • Days 9-10: Commissioning, storage tank installation if required, client training

Complete house wiring timelines depend on building size:

  • 2-3 bedroom home: 5-7 days
  • 4-5 bedroom home: 8-12 days
  • Multi-story or complex buildings: 2-4 weeks

Work includes conduiting, wiring, distribution board installation, fixture mounting, and comprehensive testing.

System Capacity & Configuration

  • Larger systems (5-10 kW) cost more than smaller ones (1-3 kW) but offer better per-watt value
  • Battery storage significantly impacts cost—lithium batteries cost 40-60% more than lead-acid but last 2-3x longer
  • Hybrid systems with grid integration cost more than pure off-grid configurations
  • Premium inverter brands (European/American) cost 20-40% more than Asian alternatives but offer better efficiency and warranties

Staying within budget while ensuring quality requires careful planning, smart choices, and working with a trustworthy partner. Here's our comprehensive guide:

1. Start with Accurate Assessment

  • Request our free site survey and energy/water needs assessment
  • Share your actual requirements honestly—overstating needs leads to oversized, overpriced systems
  • Discuss your budget openly from the beginning so we can design appropriate solutions
  • Get detailed written quotations covering all aspects of the project

2. Prioritize Essentials

  • Focus on core functionality first: For solar, prioritize critical loads (lights, refrigeration, communication) before luxuries; for boreholes, ensure adequate daily water supply before considering irrigation expansion
  • Consider phased implementation—install a basic system now with provisions for future expansion
  • Distinguish between "must-haves" and "nice-to-haves"

3. Make Smart Equipment Choices

  • Balance initial cost vs. lifetime value—slightly more expensive components often deliver better long-term value
  • Choose appropriately sized systems—bigger isn't always better; oversized systems waste money
  • Select mid-tier quality brands offering excellent reliability at reasonable prices
  • Ask about warranty coverage—longer warranties indicate manufacturer confidence and protect your investment
